- Physical discomfort: Room temperature, noise, aches, pains, could distract you easily.
- Unfulfilled desire to have fun: If your desires are leading your mind, you can easily be distracted as you dwell on your desires. Unfortunately, you tend to get distracted in various directions and may not focus anywhere correctly.
- Fears: Fears anxieties and insecurities take away considerable attention, preventing you from focusing correctly.
- Emotional hurts: grudges, resentment, need to take reevenge or show off to someone can give you some goals or objectives, to begin with, but keeps distracting you with the emotional charge interefering with the application of your hundered percent energy in doing what you wish to do.
- Self Doubt: Uncertainty, self-doubt, low confidence can keep blocking the concentration and focus.
- Lack of planning and incomplete desires for implementation of dreams ideas and visions: Have your goals and objectives very clear. If you do not know what to do and what to focus on, you may while away your time.
- Need for the meditation and the connectivity to the higher consciousness. Disconnection from your divinity can be distracting eventually.
All these reasons may sound overwhelming. However, start working on one facet at a time.

Create a mission and vision statement very clearly and make sure you are aligning well to your life purpose.
Be confident of self and all your capability to do what you wish to do.
Forgive yourself for past mistakes. Forgive others for not co-operating in the past and choose to move on and move forward in life.
Address your insecurities, fears, worries, and anxieties. Do not let them interfere in your total focus. Take charge of your life.
Recognize your unfulfilled desire and address them appropriately to make the most out of it rather than allowing them to interfere in your focus.
Choose a comfortable place which does not distract you. Take care of your physical health, diet, exercise, and sleep so that you make the best out of your available working hours.
